How much hydrogen do you need?
 
When consuming hydrogen water, considering the milligrams per liter is crucial for determining the daily intake. However, hydrogen gas inhalation has a distinct dosage consideration. To ascertain the proper dosage, it's essential to be aware of the hydrogen gas flow rate and/or its concentration percentage.
 
The flow rate indicates the volume of hydrogen gas emitted by the product per minute. A higher ml/min (milliliters per minute) rate signifies that molecular hydrogen will saturate the blood and start exerting its effects in the body more swiftly. A higher flow rate is more efficient in delivering hydrogen to the body, minimizing the hydrogen lost during the transfer from the system to the body.
 
According to current scientific research, a minimum flow rate of 120-240 ml/min is recommended to reap therapeutic benefits from hydrogen gas treatment. Studies have shown that, at a normal resting breathing rate, hydrogen gas inhalation is most effective when the hydrogen concentration is between 2-12% by volume.
