一、Case Introduction
 

The patient was hospitalized on October 9, 2021, due to gastric hemorrhage and diagnosed with duodenal adenocarcinoma and gastric cancer. It was discovered that the patient had undergone numerous major surgeries in the past, which triggered the concurrent outbreak of multiple systemic cancers, including skin cancer.

二、Treatment History
 

The patient endured four major colorectal cancer surgeries spanning 43 years of cancer treatment (1977–2006). These included:

1. Resection of adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon in the left lower abdomen (1977);
2. Right hemicolectomy (1984);
3. Total colectomy with rectal anastomosis (1994);
4. Abdominoperineal resection of rectal cancer with adhesion lysis (2006).

On October 30, 2020, due to skin redness and darkening (all over the body) that had occurred in the previous year, the patient underwent a CT scan in the hospital. The scan report revealed a soft tissue mass between the gastric antrum, duodenum, and pancreatic head.

On October 6, 2021, the patient was hospitalized for gastric hemorrhage. The report indicated that the mass in the gastric antrum had slightly enlarged compared to the previous year. The doctor informed the patient that they had less than six months to live.
