When inhaling molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas, it rapidly diffuses across cell membranes, reaching organs and tissues throughout the body. This therapy can be administered using hydrogen gas generators or inhalation devices, suitable for both personal use and clinical settings.

Optimal Hydrogen Dosage

Hydrogen gas inhalation dosage depends on flow rate and concentration percentage. The flow rate (ml/min) determines how quickly molecular hydrogen saturates the blood. Higher flow rates deliver hydrogen more efficiently, reducing transfer loss.

Scientific research recommends a minimum flow rate of 120-240 ml/min for therapeutic benefits. At normal breathing rates, hydrogen gas inhalation is most effective at 2-12% volume concentration.
